Warranty Coverage

Most AVOYTE products are covered by a 12–24 month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Limitations

  • If a defect is confirmed, AVOYTE will determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the product.
  • AVOYTE does not authorize any third party to assume warranty obligations on its behalf.

Warranty Claim Denials

Warranty claims may be denied under the following conditions:

  • The product is found to have no manufacturing defect
  • Damage is caused by improper installation, misuse, or incorrect operation
  • Damage occurs during return shipping due to inadequate packaging

Additional Terms

This Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided by AVOYTE. No other express or implied warranties apply, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law.

AVOYTE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
